Your House Has Been Sitting on the Market...Now What?
You listed your house.
You cleaned everything.
The photos looked great.
The sign went in the yard.
And then...nothing.
Or maybe you've had showings, but you're still waiting for an offer.
It's frustrating, but a home sitting on the market doesn't automatically mean there's something wrong with it.
